Cliffy shuffle

From Dr. Backus: Cliffy Young is Howard and my new hero. He was a sheep and potatoe farmer in Australia who won a 500 mile race from Sydney to Melbourne, at age 61!! He beat world renown runners half of his age. He did it with pure heart, won $10,000 which was more than he made in a year and split the proceeds with the other runners! He was strong and fit from running around his farm moving the sheep. So we thought we would try and move our dexter cows via the Cliffy shuffle! Enjoy!
