How does a solar eclipse affect animals?

Calling all scientist animal lovers!!!! Here in Salt Lake City, we will experience a partial eclipse. And it is still significant enough to get outside and observe. Here is what is very cool, set yourself up around animals wildlife and/or pets and livestock for the viewing.
